Elopements & Micro Weddings

Reservations for use of our property as a venue are evaluated and serviced on a first come first served basis and require a venue agreement separate and additional to BNB services.  

 

We offer turn key packages with photography & officiant:

• Full and dedicated use of the property as your venue

• Support for up to 50 people 

• In-place, country, wooden wedding arbor and other decorations including wine barrels, etc. as available

• Options for mini-horse participation in the ceremony 

• Options for engagement and/or wedding event photography from your co-host, Melisa Chandler

• Optional, free Officiant services from your co-host, Tim Chandler

How Packages are Booked:

​

• Call or email us, and we'll draw up a venue agreement for you to review.

• Book up to 10 months in advance.

• Guest House rental is required (minimum one night stay) and will be bundled into the venue package and pricing. 

• We do not handle weddings or other events through Airbnb, VRBO, or direct booking, and will supply a venue contract.

• We recommend a 4 month advance booking as we are typically 100% booked 3 months out.​
