"This cabin is the best rental we have ever stayed in!

 

When booking, it was important to us that there is ample outdoor space with a beautiful and relaxing view. The whole property is a ranch that backs up to the Verde river which has luscious cottonwood trees that provide tons of shade (not to mention they make the prettiest sound in the breeze). There's tons of hiking trails within walking distance - we took a hike up the rode and found tons of geodes that we enjoyed cracking open next to the creek, some which we took home to keep as mementos of this trip. The whole property is immaculately clean with updated appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever imagine... for example we forgot tin foil and zip lock bags, luckily Tim & Melisa had us covered! The HDMI port made it easy to plug in our Nintendo games, had cable to watch the football game, and a grill with a gas burner. The check-out process was made simple so we didn't have to worry about getting out on time.

 

Normally we don't book the same place twice, but I convinced my family that next year we NEED to come back!
