During a time of uncertainty with COVID-19 variants in the USA, the safety and security of our family, friends, and Airbnb guests is our highest priority. We are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and provide maximum travel flexibility for your stay with us in Payson as the situation around coronavirus (COVID-19) in Arizona and the USA continues to evolve.

Your Safety During Your Stay or Event
We are a unique short term rental experience, much more like a traditional Bed-n-Breakfast. We live here on the property in our own separate house, and we care for every detail ourselves.
This means we clean the cabin ourselves, and we take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:
We are continuously monitoring news and instruction from authorities like the WHO and CDC. We're also closely monitoring local Arizona and Gila County guidance.
We have increased the rigorous cleaning of door handles, bathrooms, railings, kitchen areas and commonly used items and utensils (TV remotes, etc.) and continue our use of hospital-grade disinfectants with multiple germ fighting cleaners.
We have increased the supply of antibacterial hand sanitizers and soaps.
We are fully stocked on paper goods and other products.
For events, supply chain costs have changed for items like propane. Please speak to us in advance if you are hosting an event in late 2021 or 2022 so we can relay any impacts to costs of ancillary goods/services.
OTA Travel Flexibility
We remain committed to flexible booking options, and given the unique circumstances, we are working with Airbnb, VRBO, and other channels in making adjustments to our booking policies to give you extra peace of mind.
Existing Airbnb Reservations. Airbnb's Extenuating circumstances policy for the coronavirus (COVID-19) dictate that all reservations – even those that would normally be non-cancellable or subject to penalties due to scheduled arrival dates may be changed or cancelled per Airbnb policy prior your scheduled arrival. Please use the Airbnb app to communicate with us regarding your situation.
Other OTA Outliers and Contingencies. If there's something not covered by your OTA policy, we understand, and are willing to provide for changes, refunds, etc. as required to ensure you're set to come back when the timing is right. Please reach out to us directly so we can discuss options.
