Full Turn-Around for 20+ foot trailers!
Exploring all day in the forest is easier when base camp is easily within reach. Located 10 miles NE of Payson near the base of the Rim, we are a perfect launch point for those wanting to bring their own UTVs, ATVs, or motor cycles.
We have plenty of room for up to 33' trailers with a full turn around and plenty of space to handle your unloaded vehicles! Multiple-trailers? NO PROBLEM.

In 2006, BF Goodrich and the United Four Wheel Drive Association named Pyeatt Draw one of America’s top five trails during the inaugural year of their Outstanding Trails program. Nestled in the pines between the Diamond Rim and the majestic Mogollon Rim at 5,400 feet, this ravine has been cleared and shaped by local waters over thousands of years.
During your stay, choose to rent UTVs and explore the trails of Pyeatt Draw and discover what makes this one of the best off-road experiences in the country.
